OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOL0GY - HELP DESK

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk is located in room 573 of the ITC wing. OIT exists to provide exceptional computer service and support to students, faculty, and staff to serve as your first point of contact when reporting any issues concerning technology, the computer system network, or the telephone system network.

To report technical issues, request assistance with hardware or software, request assistance with audio or video equipment, to reserve audio or video equipment, to request printer ink cartridges to be picked up, to report issues with your telephone, or to request assistance with technology on campus, contact the OIT Help Desk through one of the following convenient methods:

  1. Email the OIT Help Desk at helpdesk@sfccnm.edu
     
  2. For technical issues with computers or telephones, fill out an Incident Request form.

  3. To reserve audio/visual equipment fill out an Equipment Request form.

  4. Call the OIT Help Desk at extension 222 when on campus or at (505) 428-1222 from off campus.

  5. While visiting any page on the school's web site, you may click on the Technical Support link located at the bottom of each page to take you to this Help Desk page.
