How do I register online?

• Click on the link REGISTER FOR CLASSES on the main menu on the left side of each page. Choose from options REGISTER FOR CLASSES or HOW TO USE SFCC’S ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM, and follow instructions. You can also register in person at SFCC’s Enrollment Center.

I forgot my User ID or PIN. How do I find them?

• Go to https://ss-banner.sfccnm.edu:4443/PROD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin and select the tab GET USER ID. Enter your Social Security number and write down the “A” number you receive, then click BACK TO LOG IN MENU. Select LOG IN tab and type in your “A” number, then click “Forgot PIN?” Your memory question will remind you of your PIN answer. Type it in and submit.

There's a hold on my account. What should I do?

• Call the Cashier’s office at (505) 428-1211 or go by in person. Most holds are for an accounts receivable balance that you can pay by cash, check or credit card. Be sure to ask for a release on the account. If there is another type of hold, the Cashier’s office can tell you what kind it is and direct you to the correct office.

• Go to REGISTER FOR CLASSES as described above. After you log in, choose the Personal Information link on the main menu page and select from the change options. For address changes, go to the Enrollment Center and fill out the Change of Address form.

• Go to REGISTER FOR CLASSES and log in. Choose the Student Services and Financial Aid link on the main menu page. Go to Registration and select Change Audit/Credit Status.

• Go to the Enrollment Center or call them at (505) 428-1270. You may be able to fax proof of classes taken and continue registration.

• Go by the Enrollment Center or call (505) 428-1270. You may be able to drop by faxing your request with your “A” number, your phone number and signature.

• You must be enrolled in a fitness class or buy a day pass for $6.00 at the front desk. 5-visit passes are also available for $30.00. Your student or picture ID and “A” number are required. Go directly to the Fitness Center web page or call (505) 428-1615 for more information.
