TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) is a comprehensive federally funded program that provides academic support to 160 students at Santa Fe Community College. Students can become participants at any point in their degree program and remain in the program until they receive their degree from SFCC. There is no charge for services provided to students through TRiO.
The goal of the TRiO Program at SFCC is to support student success and increase retention and graduation rates of eligible students. WE'RE HERE FOR YOUR SUCCESS!The program offers tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, special academic workshops, counseling, advising, and other services. All TRiO participants are assigned an individual advisor who will help them in determining their specific strengths and weaknesses so that the program can offer the most appropriate assistance for each student.
