Technical Support for Current Web Courses

Having trouble accessing online information? Try the following tech tips.

  1. Go to JACK, the SFCC Portal, from the top menu on any page of the SFCC website, and log in with your user name and password

  2. Click on the "Campus Services" Tab

  3. In the Helpdesk/Technical support channel, click "Online Class Support" OR

  4. Click "Help Desk Support for Students" OR

  5. Click "Help Desk FAQ's for Students"
