Having trouble accessing online information? Try the following tech tips.
- Go to JACK, the SFCC Portal, from the top menu on any page of the SFCC website, and log in with your user name and password
- Click on the "Campus Services" Tab
- In the Helpdesk/Technical support channel, click "Online Class Support" OR
- Click "Help Desk Support for Students" OR
- Click "Help Desk FAQ's for Students"
