2006 SFCC Reports
In March and April 2006, a random number of classes here at SFCC were surveyed using the Community College Survey Report developed by the CCSSE project out of the University of Texas at Austin. Online courses were not surveyed; nor were any courses that had irregular start/stop times or had a "to be arranged" description.
Of the 600 surveys administered, 480 were considered usable by CCSSE standards (see white paper). For example, surveys which failed to indicate full-time or part-time status were eliminated from the pool. The results from the survey are listed below. Each report presents the findings in a particular fashion, from percentage responses to individual survey items, to benchmark reports by enrollment status or credit hours completed, to the "First Look" report, which shows areas where SFCC students rate us above or below the mean (determined to 50% for all CCSSE colleges).
