Cashier's Office

Welcome to the SFCC Cashier's office. We are here to help you with all your tuition and fee payment needs. Come see us

  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 
  • 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Tuesday
  • Closed holidays 
You have several options for making a payment to SFCC:

 

  • Pay online with a credit card  
  1. Log into your Banner Self Service account.
  2. Click the Student and Financial Aid link from the Main Menu
  3. Click either the Registration or Student Records link
  4. Click the Get your Account Summary and Pay by Credit Card link
  5. Review your account summary and click the Pay by Credit Card link located at the bottom of the screen
  6. Select the Term you wish to pay for and click the Submit button
  7. Enter your credit card information (we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express)
  8. After entering all information, click the Submit Payment button
  9. Verify the information you have entered is correct and click the Okay to Submit Payment button
  10. Print out your verification page upon successfully sending your payment
  • Pay by phone with a credit card at 505.428.1211 with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card  
  • Pay in person at the cashier's office (see hours at the top of this page)
  • Drop your payment in the drop box located inside the Fitness Center lobby, or the drop slot at the Cashier's office window. You must include an SFCC Payment Form (printable PDF version) with your check or credit card payment (no cash, please). Payment forms are available at both drop box locations
  • Use the Deferred Payment Plan
  • Mail to the Cashier's office
