Preparing To Take The Ged Test
Welcome to Adult Basic Education (ABE)!
If you are ready to make the commitment to finish your high school education through the GED, we are ready for you. We will help you prepare through classes and personalized attention.
Our teachers are friendly and helpful
Classes are free.
Has it been a while since you've been in school? That's okay. We will help you start where you left off.
How long will this take? We work in 7-wk sessions. However, this does not mean you will be done. It all depends on your skill level, attendance and most of all, commitment to your goal. Some students complete the program in 2 weeks, while others, in 2 years! Don't worry - we will be with you every step of the way!
Classes are available in English or Spanish. Ud. puede assistir clases en Ingles o en Espanol.
If you are 16 or 17, you must bring in your Underage Permission Form signed by the Superintendent of Schools from your last school of attendance before you can participate in our program. These forms are available from the Testing Center or our program. You will need to come in to pick 1 up. They are in multiple copies that cannot be faxed or mailed. If you have been homeschooled, a parent/guardian will need to complete the form.
